Description

Product Description

PU Coated Timing Belts are specialized power transmission and conveying components featuring an additional polyurethane or specialized elastomeric layer thermally fused or vulcanized onto the belt backing. Designed specifically for high-friction material handling, non-marking conveyance, and delicate product positioning, these belts combine the non-stretch structural stability of a timing belt core with a high-durability, wear-resistant surface layer.

Applications

Packaging & Printing Industry: Folder gluers, cartoning machinery, paper feeding, and film pulling systems.

Glass & Ceramic Handling: Non-scratching glass sheet transfer, ceramic tile production lines, and high-wear material conveying.

Automation & Cable Haul-Off: Cable puller machinery, pipe extruders, and pick-and-place indexing lines requiring high grip.

Key Features

High Friction & Non-Marking: Specialized PU coatings provide high friction coefficients without scuffing or damaging delicate surfaces.

Exceptional Wear & Cut Resistance: Premium polyurethane layer protects against sharp edges, heavy abrasion, and impact loads.

Delamination-Proof Bond: High-strength thermal fusion ensures the PU coating fuses seamlessly with the base timing belt, preventing peeling during small-radius flexing.

Custom Surface Patterns: Available with smooth, rough, ground, grooved, or perforated surfaces to optimize vacuum suction or grip performance.
